I have been looking for this tool for sizing up the new wheels for the Vette, but couldn't remember who made it. After a few minutes searching, I found Percy's 
and their WheelRite tool. With this, I can then get down and find the best (biggest) tire combination for the Vette without rubbing the body and suspension. I found it also on eBay and JEGS for under $100.
